Is there a way to remove a game from my library completely?

I only installed WeMod so I can cheat in some singleplayer games. Phasmophobia was automatically added to my library and I had no intention of cheating on it whatsoever. When I launched Phasmophobia through steam (not WeMod) it gave me a warning message and crashed becasue of WeMod. So to play Phasmophobia I had to uninstall WeMod instead of being able to remove Phasmophobia from my WeMod library

Hey there.

With Phasmophobia, you have to have WeMod fully closed. You don’t need to uninstall it, just shut down the application.

Easiest way to make sure it’s shut down is to use Task Manager :slight_smile:

Ok thank you. But is there a way to remove from my library?

Unfortunately, WeMod always reads games that are in your library (Steam, GOG, Epic Games, etc.). As far as I’m aware, I don’t believe there’s a way to remove a game from being detected in the WeMod application.

So long as you have WeMod fully closed when you’ve finished using it, you won’t have a problem with games that have anti-cheats that crash the game like Phasmophobia or Forza Horizon 5.
