I did no antivirus I can download it to my phone but not the computer

Then you have an AV deleting it. The download is fine so it is your computer. You may need to use a different web browser also.

That link is throwing the malware warning on chrome, like the forums were a couple weeks ago.

Try opening that link in another browser than chrome, like firefox or IE. It should let you download it.
