Our patch schedule for House of Wolves has changed slightly. 1.2.0 will not deploy today. Please stand by for more information. Game on.

Just a few hours ago an update on the official Destiny forums has indicated the problem might be more than a slight change in scheduling. It doesn’t tell us much, but it does say the team found a “late-breaking technical issue that would have impacted the way the game launches…”
While assuring everyone that progress is being made, the statement goes on to say: “We’ll be sharing new details on the deployment schedule that leads to House of Wolves as soon as they become facts.” This doesn’t necessarily mean that House of Wolves will be delayed, but it doesn’t look good either. If it was a quick fix, would Bungie bother publicizing the whole thing?
Bungie has promised to release daily updates on the situation. Let’s hope they don’t have to release many.>.<
I don’t see what the big deal is. This doesn’t affect the release date of the DLC.
It doesn’t necessarily mean it but it might happen.
I’m glad they found it before we found it. I have confidence they will sort it on time.
I just hope this is entertaining enough up until september time…
So they finally found out that Xur has been comming to the tower drunk and staggering all over the place with the same worthless crap he keeps repeating every freaking week
let’s hope for that, if it wasn’t a big issue Bungie wouldn’t have publicized it.
The Witcher 3 19th May nuff said.
It may be a big problem but I doubt it will affect the release of HoW DLC.
I’ll just stick to Destiny…
That’s exactly what I was thinking while reading your post! Granted, I’m not one who jumps to conclusions so I’ll just wait and see how the rest of the week plays out; we still have a days between us and the next expansion so I’m sure Bungie is working hard to get this resolved before the release.
Thanks for sharing!
