Is there a list that shows all past/present games that are modded for gamesaves?

The achievement unlocker- does it work with all games or just specific games on the site?

Sorry for the rookie questions.

You can see all of the game’s Horizon can mod on this page:
https://www.horizonmb.com/diamond (Go to the Games tab)

The achievement unlocker works for every game, and the avatar award unlocker works for every game that has avatar awards. You can use the game adder to unlock achievements for games that you do not own or have never played.
