If you haven’t already, please try adding exclusions for these two folders in your antivirus:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand and C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

the thing is i don’t have an antivirus on this pc so that is why i have been confused

yes, I think it is actually, the thing is I am not able to find this.

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand and C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

when I go into the C: Users\username\ there is no AppData folder in there so I can’t find that.

You might need to enable the SHOW HIDDEN FILES on your file explorer.

hey that totally worked I enabled hidden files and added exclusions for C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand by going into my computer settings > privacy and security > windows security > virus & threat protection > mange settings > add or remove exclusions then just follow this path C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand and hit select file/folder.
