I’ve tried this and it doesn’t work I’ve opened ME:1 and I can’t drag the icon to the box or when I drag the launcher icon, it only recognises that I have ME:3 added.
you need to load up the ME Launcher and then launch the game you are trying to mod. once in the main menu of said game, you then need to tab to WeMod and select “PLAY” (make sure you’ve selected the correct mod). tab back over to the game and activate the ones you are wanting to play use.
(if this does not work then i am more than happy to provide a video of the work around)
so the bug with skill points just broke my playtrough any chance on fixing it still or by the looks of it is it abbandoned?
I can confirm as of today, skill points is still currently broken, per each auto save or new mission.. Seeing as this has been going since 2022, it’s safe to say this is broken
use the “trilogy save editor” as a temporary work around until the issue is resolved
Here it is now August 4, 2025 and this trainer is still broken. Skill Points reset every mission, No Skill Cooldown & Set First Aid don’t work. Very frustrating trying to do an Insanity run when it takes 10 minutes to rebuild your skill set every mission & wait for cooldown. Mass Effect Legendary from EA on Windows 11 pc.
Why should we have to learn/use another tool? What’s the point of WeMod if this is the type of support? I’m sorry, I just don’t understand why this hasn’t been resolved.
i know how you feel, i ran into the exact same issues with this trainer a long while ago and tried every workaround i could think of. eventually i came across the TSE just as a ‘temporary’ fix until the team gets around to fixing it. trust me…i’ve had my fair share of arguments with the ‘support’ and it’s like talking to a brick wall at times. i’m not sure if it will ever get fixed but i’m more than happy to show you how to use the TSE for now if it’ll help you out 
Thanks for the reply. If they would share the source code I bet I could figure out the fix. I started out as a DOS keyboard whacker back in the late 60’s, and evolved over the decades - retired now of course. My passion for gaming on various platforms is still strong even though my reaction time & vision aren’t what they were. I appreciate your offer, but deep-diving into a new tool might consume more time & patience than my meds will allow.
No worries at all, always happy to help out with this trainer and any and all work arounds that are needed. i’m still in the process of looking for an actual fix for this and as soon as i find it i will promptly post it in this thread . sorry i couldn’t be of anymore help currently

Currently still having a problem where, I start up my game, turn on the trainer then my mouse is un-usable in my game at all. I can’t turn the camera or click on anything.
