try to Verify integrity Files by right-clicking on the game and click Properties. Click on the Local Files tab. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps.

Got it, Upon checking, the trainer have READ BEFORE PLAYING instruction. If you are playing other than Metal gear solid 1 base game, the mods will no longer work.
the game is correct: mgs1 master collection of steam! the Mod recognizes the game but has no effects even if I activate health, oxygen, ammunition and reload cheats.

We got an update regarding this matter and we can confirm that the trainer only works for English US version.
tried it and it works! Too bad it’s not compatible with the Italian version, let’s hope someone can work on a version for all languages! thanks, bye!

Still not working, even on the English version. Tried booting it up through Wemod AND activating Wemod once the game is already running, both times nothing actually happens.
