Microsoft .NET Framework error with Horizon 2.8.6.2

May be you guys could see if this could use the .net dlls than old outdated 2.0 and instead use the 4.0 dlls and also by the way there is a new net framework 4.6RC version available.

Now I just got another Unhandled exception from the start before the app is fully up; "File format is not valid.

This system has the .net framework of 3.5, 4.0, 4.5.2 x64

And this happens randomly?

yes with the newest version of Horizon, when I go back to the last version I had (2.8.6), I don’t get those errors with the .net framework.
