Ive tried 4 times but every time I connect my usb to my laptop it wont pop up on the device manager I have payed and I have a diamond. So im wondering if anyone out there can help me with HORIZON. thanks
I CAN LOG IN AND PLUG UP MY USB DRIVE BUT IT NEVER CONNECTS TO THE DEVICE MANAGER.
Have you tried using a different USB port on the laptop? If that hasn’t worked, have you tried using a different USB drive?

Go to your control panel and uninstall Horizon, and then re-download & re-install from this link:

Let us know if it fixes the issue
If it helps at all, plug your USB device in BEFORE loading up horizon. I use a transfer cable for the 360 harddrive too.
You also have to make sure you’re running horizon as administrator for it to read the USB device

Right Click on the icon and then click run as administrator.

Make sure you update to the latest .NET Framework & service pack, then try again.

Have you also tried rolling back the driver for that particular usb and re-installing the driver from the computer manufacturer, or tried checking your computers manufacturer support website for your drivers,to see if they are any that need updated.
