Ok glad you got it to work !
Sounds like either your antivirus interfered with it (the fault of your antivirus) or the process got stuck in the background (the fault of the Windows operating system).
The first cause is fixed by adding WeMod as an antivirus exception.
The second cause is fixed by ending WeMod’s processes in Task Manager (which restarting the PC also happens to do).
