I’m pretty new to modding and all that, so I was wondering if you guys could give me the foundation to modding, how exactly to do it. Specifically, I would like mod Black Ops II for Xbox 360. Thank you.
Horizon does not have a Black Ops II save editor but Unknown released a standalone editor Here. If you are wanting to mod online you can’t do it without a console modified to run unsigned files.
You are going to need to move your black ops 2 game save to your usb. You can then used Horizon to extract it. I suggest you take a look through the Horizon Tutorials section. All of the basics should be covered in there.
