I have tried looking through the save in HEX workshop for hours but I cant work out how to edit stats.
Here is what I want modded:
Health, Magicka and Stamina to 5000
All skills to 100
250 perk points

and also if you max everything out like you want, the game is going to get REALLY boring REALLY fast
I play on the PC, and I just use TGM (godmode) and it makes the game actually enjoyable still leveling up 
Thats a bit harsh actully. If i ha the ability to do these mods, i would do it. Many members do things for members who are new. Most of those people who do things joined in Sep 2010 when xboxmb was opened.
the ability to add cash would be great thats all I want, between hospital trips so I can have more time playing buy a house and store my items.

How do you mod the saves without the skyrim mod tool being available yet?
Is there some sort of editor that can do all that?
No mod tool yet. They are putting an xbox save into a PC save then using the console commands. They then return the file to an xbox state and rehash/resign
If someone could maybe just explain how to mod stats and such then I would gladly do it myself 
but unfortunatley i can’t find any tutorials for it

Could you post your current stats for the savegame you uploaded, such as Health and others with skill levels, this would help.

Well I don’t really know how to mod this games saves just yet but any help would be greatly appreciated. 
Alright but on a side note, you requested all skills at 100. That means you wont be able to level up in-game anymore, is that what you want?
Never considered that actually maybe 100 for all of them except speech I think would be okay.
I just loaded up your save and i see that your level 20 atm.
However there are achievements at level 25 and 50. If i boost all your skills to 100 exept for speech you will go over level 50.
I can also just set the skills meaning it wont increase your level but then you wont be able to level up allot because you only have speech left for leveling.

EDIT: btw you can also edit the carryweight
shout cooldown, dragon souls, running speed etc
Achievments don’t really concern me so just set them all to 100 except speech. If its not too much bother please set the carryweight to 100,000. Thanks by the way I really appreciate this.Also set shout cooldown to 0 for all please
