Modify Forza 4 profile

Hi,
I used your Horizon software for a year or so ago to modify my local Forza 4 savegame.

But now i have run out of ingame money so I bought your Diamond service again.

I have tried numerous times the last 30 days without any success.

All of the fields under Stats, Liveries etc are grayed out and are not changable.

What am I doing wrong?
Is my savegame or your software corrupt?

I don’t want to pay for another month since it doesn’t work for what i am intending to use your Diamond service for…
