More mods for Just Cause 2?

I was wondering if its possible to download more mods for just cause 2, like longer grapple hook, stronger grapple hook, unlimited dual hooks, and skins. I’m completely new to horizon and modding, so I don’t know much.

I think mods like those, you are going to need a RGH/JTAG. You can try looking for ISO Mods for Just cause 2 though.
