I cannot figure out how to fix this i am running as admin and i have uninstalled and reinstalled horizon three times
Did you format the USB drive for xbox use?
Im not quite sure what that means. I went onto the xbox and clicked format on the usb i can just assume that is it

Find your USB device in storage on your 360 in system settings and choose to configure it for Xbox 360 storage.
I dont get that option on my xbox
All i get is an option to format ghe usb which i tried. Thanks for the feedback though
Yeah, sorry about that. I haven’t configured a USB device on my 360 in quite some time. They did away with the Configure option, and now it’s just Format device.
Try uninstalling Horizon again, and do a fresh install from this download: https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/latest.php
I have already done this twice and still had no luck
Try creating a folder named “Content” on your flash drive.
You dont mind me asking how this will help. Not trying to be hateful just want to know
