Everytime I input the code into my phone, the next sceeen that pops up says that I have to turn on the app on my computer even though it’s on the computer. Need help!
Restart the app on your desktop and phone or use remote.wemod.com
I’ve experienced a similar issue before where the desktop app and the mobile app seemed to have become de-synced but the desktop app said they were still connected.
I believe what fixed it for me was basically what Chris said above:
- Close the mobile app (properly, not just minimising it to the background).
- Close WeMod via Task Manager (including under the Background Processes header in More Details view).
- Launch both again and retry.
