My WeMod remote on my phone isn’t working

Everytime I input the code into my phone, the next sceeen that pops up says that I have to turn on the app on my computer even though it’s on the computer. Need help!

I’ve experienced a similar issue before where the desktop app and the mobile app seemed to have become de-synced but the desktop app said they were still connected.

I believe what fixed it for me was basically what Chris said above:

  1. Close the mobile app (properly, not just minimising it to the background).
  2. Close WeMod via Task Manager (including under the Background Processes header in More Details view).
  3. Launch both again and retry.
