My Xbox don't accept any DLC's and TU's from Horizon

I need help,i downloaded Resident Evil Revelations 2 Episode 2 DLC and used Horizon,then when i start up the game,it says i don’t have the DLC,but i have the DLC,Compability Pack,Season Pass and the game TU.

This also happens with another games

Also i’m using an external HD

You can’t just add DLC. It is signed and can only be used if you have purchased it or a friend let you license transfer.
