You should enter. There are so many people making overpowered perks. “It does this, this and that, also this.” Do what you wanna do, but if I were to enter, I would make something like
Infinite Gunner: Infinite ammo with all class weapons. Reload 50% slower.
Hulk Smash: Smash the ground and remove your opponents secondary weapon in the smash radius (8 ft). Shown on minimap for 10 seconds.
TIP: Make something that benefits you AND the opponent.

You are definitely creative dude, if I was you I would just watch tutorials on popular graphic design channels on YouTube, and get some knowledge of Photoshop and just do it as a hobby or a career if you are serious about it.
I am definitely going to enter, I am gonna think of a couple ideas for the project and maybe do a couple perks instead of just one to influence my entry.
I set a video to “watch later” so that I could watch it when I get home. When I get the hang of it, I might consider doing it as a career.
