Hello. I followed the instructions for the money cheat, but neither money nor the things I bought were kept. Seems like the game could not be saved, as the local save file doesn’t update after activating the cheat. Would like to know if anyone else is having this problem, thanks.

Buy a lot of cars. 
I can confirm that the money cheat still works. And I don’t think EA will ban people in such an old game.
