i really need help with car mods for gta 4 on the xbox 360 can anyone help?

Nice name you got there. The mods you are requesting requires hardware modding. Hot-swapping a iso mod might work for this but it would be better to just download a mod and run it on a jtag/rgh. Do some googling about these things and you will find all the information you will need.
