Need help installing Horizon! [Getting errors]

When ever i try to install Horizon I get a error message and am not able to download it.
Here is the message I get.

Turn your firewall and antivirus (if you have one) off and try it again. If that doesn’t work you may need to give yourself administrative permissions.

  1. Right click the file or folder, and then click Properties.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Under Group or User names, click your name to see the permissions you have. (The screenshot for this step is listed below).
