Need Help

Hey guys sorry if this is in the wrong place, but i’m looking to Mod WWE 2K14 and i have everything i need to do so except HorizonMB… Every time i try to download it it just directs me to a “horizon-setup.Website” which is an empty document that flags up as a virus :S. It’s really frustrating and youtube and google has no information that helps.
