I’m not sure if Saadia’s commands worked because the dialogue never changed 
i think you may need to disable then enable her. can you try that? fingers crossed
I think you have to be standing next to her, open the console, click on her, and then enter the follower commands
She is clearly much stronger with many spells so that worked. but she isn’t essential and doesn’t have the dialogue, I read that you should disable and enable her with the console screen still up.
I corrected the some of the commands and now saadia is essential and has the “follow me” dialogue option.
