New title update needed Forza Horizon

Hello everyone i am new to modding on the xbox and i have horizon diamond i have just added the ford feista into my save game but when i try and play forza horizon when i am offline it tells me that there is a new title update and that i need to sign back into xbox live and download it, could this be that the mod has been detected and thus result in a ban for me ?

No, the developers release title updates all of the time. If you download the update and the game tells you your save file is corrupted after editing the save file, then there is a problem, otherwise everything should work fine.
