The world was originally created by Herp . You probably just downloaded it off of youtube , made a few changes , and named it your world .

How do you create saves like this? You have Lava Blocks and Monster Spawners? Is there tut somewhere on how to get all this for the Xbox 360?
Yeah, it’s called an inventory editor. Here’s the link to the thread. 
Make a backup of your world though cause it might get corrupted.
