Nope, I’ve never heard of a Steam trainer working on a Windows Store game or vice versa.
You’ll need to use the Windows Store version of the trainer: No Man's Sky Cheats and Trainer for Windows Store.
(“Xbox Game Pass” is just Windows Store trying to make themselves sound cooler).
