Since the game has recently updated, the trainer will also be in need of an update.
You will need to request an update via the WeMod desktop app.

At the time of this post, only 18 of the 89,699 WeMod members who play this game have requested an update for the Windows Store version. Each vote bumps a trainer higher up the trainer developer’s to-do queue.
