For some reason all the “Diamond” stuff on my horizon isnt working help please
If you can log in, I suggest closing Horizon and reopening it. If you can’t log in, please post what is wrong.
Are you running in offline mode?
So I have this same problem. I’ve logged out of both, the actual horizon tool and the forum. It says I’m a diamond member here, but not on the other.
I see you’ve been a member since November, have you ever been able to get it to work in Diamond mode?
Try uninstalling Horizon from your PC, and reinstall after downloading it from this link: https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/latest.php
