4GB GPU, it will be fine to game on. Heat would be the biggest factor.

It might but I’d say medium to low because the core speed is terrible along with the memory speed. Another negative is that it’s ddr3 style memory. Witcher 3 is a very graphic demanding game, unfortunately latptops don’t tend to hold up well do to the compact size for any that cost >$1200.
The only real graphics laptop option under $1000 is a sketchy external dock that I personally wouldn’t trust to not fry my laptop and it’s a hassle to setup
