Paid for Diamond and Didn't Show Up

I paid once for diamond on yearly payment and it charged, then I logged off and back on and waited a while. Diamond never showed up so I paid for the monthly payment instead, and it works. Can I get a refund for the yearly membership I paid for?

I believe it’s because I paid for the membership and wasn’t signed in, but I don’t know.

I don’t think that’s possible (paying without signing in) . Just wait for frank to show up he will take care of it
