Trainers and what you are asking for are two different things. A modding community like nexus would be more fit for this kind of thing.
Is possible to unlock all skins with a lua, but you will get cheater tag no matter what, even if you use it in single player and unprotected server.
I like this idea, but this isnt something a trainer can do, so probably not the best place to ask for
