max sanity not working, on steam
You dont need to move anything for the ByPass. All you have to do is download it and make sure you start it up and it should work in its own folder anywhere on ya computer. Which is how i have it, i just downloaded it and use it whenever i need it under downloads for my documents

Hello everyone, I was wondering what exactly the chances are of me getting banned if I use this in a private multiplayer lobby with my friends? I want to use the mods to troll them a little bit, but if the game has a strong anticheat Iâd rather just not risk it. To simplify, does somebody need to report me in order for me to get banned, or does the game have itâs own built in anitcheat?
As has been said many times, the devs will ban regardless of private or public multiplayer cheating.

I didnât play phasmo for few days and I little forgot about this post, yes I was doing all according to the steps 
Donât know why, but when I try to use Wemod the way the instructions say (open the bypass, launch game, then open Wemod) the same way Iâve done ever since the bypass became a thing, either the game wonât launch unless I open it once w/o the bypass, or the modloader spins on âLoading Modsâ

i followed the steps to the letter three times and it just crashes out when i try to open phasmo after opening the bypass. wemod is shutdown and not running in the background at all i made sure twice so idk what to do with this

After downloading the bypass and using in single player, I am unable to join multiplayer matches. I get an error stating âFailed to connect to serverâ followed by another error that states, âDisconnected:ExceptionOnConnectâ.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, verified my files for the game through steam, turning off my firewall, etc. I even opened a discussion with a mod in the Phasmophobia official discord server, where he had me do multiple things and nothing worked. I shared my Phasmo game log with him and he stated something on my computer is blocking something according to the log. I cant help but think its related to the bypass as this issue occured right after downloading it on my computer. I deleted the bypass completely from my computer yet im still facing this issue. Im thinking maybe the bypass downloaded something else somewhere that i cant locate which is whats preventing me from playing multiplayer? Has anyone else had this issue, or have any suggestions how to fix?
Hi there. Could you please confirm if WeMod is completely closed or if itâs still running in the background? If WeMod is active, it could potentially prevent you from joining multiplayer mode.
We also recommend using a new save file, if the game allows, to avoid the risk of a ban. Modded save files may be detected and flagged by the game.
To be honest, I have deleted WeMod completely from my computer as well because i was also afraid it may be running in the back ground. This happened the day before yesterday and the issue is still persisting. How do you use a new save file?
EDIT to add, i have used the bypass before in the past and NEVER had this issue.
Im going to comment on this because i have had an issue with WEmod and another game it seems wemod tries to boot up its overlay with any game through steam at least once per launch i tend to have to try 2-3 times ending the WEmod Overlay task in the manager even if i close out and exit wemod including going into task manager and ending it there also. It will just try and run the overlay for some unknown and annoying reason. you really need to add something to the launcher to let us manually turn of the overlay until WE turn it on as anti cheat systems are getting more and more invasive.
We totally understand your situation. Depending on the version of Windows installed on your PC, you can either close the overlay from the Game Bar or remove it by going to the âAdd or Remove Programsâ section in your system settings. Thanks for understanding!
if i use the cheat and play single player for a little while then disable and close wemod to play multiplayer will i still get banned?
in phasmo i think thats a hard yes they implemented a very aggressive anti cheat system
Wouldnât say that at all. It goes based off of reports from other players. For you just have to go to Task Manager and END any instances of WeMod for it to work normally afterwards.
Quick question am tryna play with my alt to lvl it up but i have to be in multiplayer. Am only using it for my account and not for anybody else. Do i still risk my account gettin banned if i put it in private lobby?
