Since you have decided to be sarcastic and have failed to provide any useful information at all - such as what game you’re referring to or any screenshots - I am assuming that your Play button has been replaced for a “Read Notes” button.
This means, as it says, you need to read the notes.
Press the info button.
Once you’ve followed this instruction, the Play button will appear.
