I think what this individual is trying to say: Their account is below Rank 1. By default the starting rank should Level 1, but for some reason their account is below that.
In my opinion, I think the account has been deranked and glitched out by joining a modded lobby, either on purpose on unintentionally.
Yeah I joined a game and back then I didn’t know what modding was and I got deranked by some one
