Maybe the USB isn’t configured for Xbox 360? try configuring it again.
how do I configure it? And would it matter that I don’t have an account?? I’m also running in offline mode…
With the USB drive inserted into your 360 go to storage and find the USB drive and choose to configure it. And running in offline mode is not the problem. You might want to try reinstalling Horizon after re-downloading from this link: https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/latest.php

There should be a format option on your xbox 360 when you plug in a USB drive and select it in the storage menu.

Try a different USB port on your computer. Switch from 3.0 to 2.0 ports or vice-versa. If that doesn’t work, try using a different flash drive.
I’ve tried different flash drives but what are the other ports? Are those the places where you plug your usb in becuase my computer only has one but my. If this helps my computer recognizes that a flash drive is in it but horizon does not.

A USB port is the rectangular hole that you plug your flash drive into. A 2.0 USB port will be black, while 3.0 USB ports are blue.
Are you sure you configured the flash drive properly on your 360? Can you move save games to the flash drive when it’s plugged into the xbox?
Yes, I can move save games onto my flash drive and thanks for explaining what the ports are but my computer only has a 2.0 port. If this helps, my computer recognizes the flash drive and I can pull it up in computer, but horizon does not recognize it.
