why is gta 5 online not moddible the same with terriria and mincraft
Modding GTA online isn’t possible with a tool such as Horizon and we don’t condone online modding so it wouldn’t be added even if possible. As far as minecraft a developer just didn’t have interest in making a tool for it and there were plenty of others out.
