Than get a Core i7 Quad core 3.00~ Ghz CPU.
That’s a laptop. CPUs are underclocked to not overheat as much and you can’t really upgrade them as far as ram go ahead but it’s not that bad 1200MHZ
EDIT : Just checked again. I thought it was dual-channel memory but still nothing worth spending the money on.

Open your pc up and make sure your fans are working. Also make sure there is no dust.
It could be that the sensor is broken but still, check dat sh*t! 
Im getting freaked out I mean the case is cool everywhere and I have two fans running on high one above it and one on it!
