Thanks to my ISP swapping server location I’ve lost 10 download and 1 upload. Still pretty trash.

I think argentine only reaches 50 mb/s for regular costumers (more is way too expensive) in the capital province, and there are a lot of people in the south provinces that have 1 mb/s if lucky,
I´m amaze that USA also have that kind of differences between states , internet companies surely spend all the money doing lobby and not investing it.
