We I open WeMod-Setup.exe to install wemod, after I click on the Install Now button, it is showing Setup failed. So I click the Download Manually button but the link https://storage-cdn.wemod.com/app/releases/stable/WeMod-8.10.1.exe was dead.

The link is fine for me. Can you post a screenshot of what you see when you click it?
Iām facing the same problem. Downloaded the installer but unable to run. Failed in the in-app installer.
Anyway problem solved. The reason is my country ISP does not support the wemod server. I need to connect to other country, such as US IP by using VPN to install this wemod.
