Problem whilst downloading

Well lately i tried to download horizon on my pc & i wasnt able to actually start the download.Can someone help me?

can some one help me ive downloaded horizon but when I click on it horizon name pops up and it goes of then nothing happerns

same with me / some strange apps appeared to be downloaded / can you please send the link to latest version for mac?
