Problems logging into Horizon

Hi, I’m having problems logging in to the horizon software.

Obviously I’m using the same userId and passwd as to log into the Horizon website which is successful but no joy on the software. I wondered if there was a restriction with no spaces in userIds in the software login.

Message is:

Invalid Login - Username/password combination incorrect!

I could create a new user id but thought I’d ask you guys first.

Your AV could be blocking the connection to our servers.

OK next problem :slight_smile:
When I try to copy a minecraft map to my memory stick it’s not prompting me for a profile as I expected so the map goes on the device with Profile:Unknown. Is there a way to retrospectively change this? Or do need to fix the first problem and get the profile tagged to the map.

You can do it like this.

  1. Put one of your own saves onto your flash drive.
  2. Open that save in Horizon.
  3. Drag the downloaded MC map into Horizon.
  4. Position them side by side like this: [details=Open Me][/details]
  5. Ok, so your own save is to the right and the new MC map is to the left.
  6. Copy and paste the 3 IDs from your save over to the MC map one by one.
  7. Now do Save, Rehash & Resign, wait for confirmation and do it a second time.
  8. Now click on Save to Device in the upper right corner and select your device, click yes to save changes.
  9. Now the MC map is signed to your profile and ready to play. Have fun!

Thanks Steve, seems to work but after the save to device (step 8 ) should I not see the map with my profile ID in the Device explorer?

Still only appear to have
->Minecraft Save Info
->New World

That’s normal if you don’t have your profile on your device. When you move the save back to your hard drive or just load it from your flash drive on your 360 it will work just fine.

ok, so I went back to the 360 and along with a few damaged maps that I must have created along the way I see the new map. Reconnecting the USB stick I also now see the map in the Device explorer. Nice one, thanks for your help.

how do i fix that? u said it was my AV i thnik you mean anti virus? anyway how do i fix it cuz i cant log in to horizon
