Hi, I’m having problems logging in to the horizon software.
Obviously I’m using the same userId and passwd as to log into the Horizon website which is successful but no joy on the software. I wondered if there was a restriction with no spaces in userIds in the software login.
OK next problem
When I try to copy a minecraft map to my memory stick it’s not prompting me for a profile as I expected so the map goes on the device with Profile:Unknown. Is there a way to retrospectively change this? Or do need to fix the first problem and get the profile tagged to the map.
That’s normal if you don’t have your profile on your device. When you move the save back to your hard drive or just load it from your flash drive on your 360 it will work just fine.
ok, so I went back to the 360 and along with a few damaged maps that I must have created along the way I see the new map. Reconnecting the USB stick I also now see the map in the Device explorer. Nice one, thanks for your help.
