Hello I just upgraded because your download keeps saying error code 9 I disabled all my anti virus nothing so I upgraded hopefully in the hopes it would work but it gets stuck saying press start I am in mafie 3 game play this message won’t go I have a experience Sony Xperia sorry so it should work just upset I upgraded still can’t use it please help
