Question about gamer score resets and using this program after the fact

I used to mod my profile years back, I haven’t touched my MS account in like 4 years but I noticed my gamer score was reset, not like I really care…

I just want to know if you can still unlock reset achievements with Horizon? Or am I basically locked out from earning achievements in those games on this account?

Just wondering because I’m just looking to unlock those achievements again and re-use the account if I can… If not I’ll just live with it… I just don’t want to waste my money on a subscription if Horizon can no longer do anything for me.

You cannot unlock reset achievements regardless if it is legit or with Horizon.

Once your gamerscore is reset, every achievement that you’ve unlocked whether legit or not is now permanently locked. You will never earn those achievements back on that account.

Well technically you can but it won’t do nothing

Never said if what I’m saying is in horizon you could re-unlock the achievements but it won’t really do anything

No you can’t unlock legitimate if they were locked

A few years ago MS introduced a program where the higher your gamerscore was, the more rewards you got via the xbox live rewards system. So it makes sense why they reset people. I’m not sure if this program still exists though.
