Question about Skyrim Vampire/Warewolf Hybrid Glitch

So… I watched a video a few days ago and I’ve been wondering, how far into each quest line would I need to be in order to do the glitch correctly and have both “Vampire Lord” and “Beast Form” with the skill trees for both and such? If anybody have done this glitch and can give me some more info on the glitch that would be great! The reason I’m so concerned about the way I do this is because I’m just a picky person when it comes to games at times and I also want Sceolang as a pet, I’m guessing to do this the glitch must be done a certain way.

The video is poor quality, but it does explain more than the others. I just want some clarification on the matter.

I actually didn’t know this existed, I’ve only seen mods that add rings that transform you into either VL or WW

There’s only one LQ video about this glitch, and most people in the comment section are complaining about various bugs. I would complete the dawnguard quests and create a backup save before doing this.
