Sorry for being so vague, I gotta elaborate. If I press play at any time, even if the map is fully loaded with bots walking and fighting and such, every weapon acts like it would with no reload and no recoil. Sometimes the trainer works, sometimes I get this bug, it doesn’t matter which weapon I use or when I start the trainer. I don’t need any cheats activated, I just click play and I get the bug.
Very very interesting, I’ll have to playtest this later on our save and see if it’s an issue there as well

I could not replicate this issue, were you playing instant action or conquest?
