There is a Challenge mod to get one hit kill by enemy but there isnt a mod to kill enemy in one hit ? , weird.

Anyone else having a bug or glitch when activating the infinite health and medkit mod that causes the fps to drop? Once they are ON my fps drops but once they are off my FPS turn normal.

What does unlock achievements do? Does it unlock all of the games achievements in one go? Are they in order? Is it safe to do?
