I have been working on a U3 editor all day and have come to the stark reality of the situation. This isn’t a simple hex and sign job, so we have two alleys to work
Non-JTAG Solution (PC Edit): Both the SYSTEM_DATA and CAF save MUST be edited, checksum’d and resigned to get the mod to work. All that is needed is the algorithm for the checksum and we can get a mod tool out on the street. The 'Undisputed 2010’s algorithm may be the same as ‘U3’ if anyone has that info it may help.
JTAG Solution: 360Haven has worked out the JTAG solution and I won’t re-post their work.

Who are you trying to kid you and everyone else knows fine well your going to use the editor to max your CAF just for online. So dont lie about it. your a noob (oooh sorry your pathetic) My point is the game already has it faults and there are so many people out there who already spam so why make the game online experience even worse by using a max fighter. That is a good point but then you need someone with a JTAG box to help you out and usually becomes very taxing for the person offering the services. I am having no luck with the checksum still. We can figure it out for certain.
For those complaining about this tool is for ‘people who cant play online and want to cheat’, you are wrong.
I want this tool so i can make custom fighters and not have them suck or have to buy stupid boost packs - screw playing online, its a laggy piece of **** anyway. I just want to make Bas Rutten. A GOOD Bas Rutten, and i need a tool for that.
