If anyone has a game save for forza motorsport 4 can I please use it I accidentally deleted mine when I tried to use another save but when I got on forza it says my profile has been tampered with. I NEED HELP.

You’d need to start over, sharing anything Forza related will end up in “Corrupted Save” or “Tampered”
