I will check back on the vehicle unlock when I get back home. I just started a new save, added 300K xp (man that’s a LOT of Num 2 button pushs when not Pro) and nearly completed the first map. It showed I was level 13, but the level 4+ vehicles were still locked in the shop. I closed out the game to head to the store, but I will check to see if they are progression locked too, and get some of the second map done, to see if they unlock when I get the “Rusty” version through the progression.
BUT
As for now, I can concur that they didn’t unlock in my new save (at level 13).
You can decrease your lvl on main save try get 500k XP and get any level. Then you can unlock everything. (You can have lvl 19 + 99% xp to level 20 but you need get level 20 from mission)
The RoadCraft cheats have been updated!
Changes:
- Set Logs cheat added
- Set Steel Beams cheat added
- Set Steel Pipes cheat added
- Set Concrete Slabs cheat added

It’s the weekend, so for now I’ll leave it as is.
I’ve added some Resources Edit, but I’m not entirely sure to what extent those are stored in the same order. I assume they stay in that order always, but if not, then I don’t think I can know which is which. Hopefully it works for everyone.

Which name does the game executable have? Is it “Roadcraft - Retail.exe”?
And is it in the “RoadCraft\root\bin\pc\” folder?
If any of those two isn’t correct, then that’s why it doesn’t work.

I added more so I stopped 100 below level 14 (306900) and did another mission, to get that 100xp (307000 total) and that unlocked everything up to level 14.
So for those store items that didn’t unlock, try to lower it just below level 20 then get game xp for that last 50-100xp and see if it unlocks.
*** I know Cyberpunk was like that too, you had to lower it to just below a level up, then earn in game for that last little bit, and it registered the shop / street cred unlocks***

Sounds like you have bricked your save, as adding too much XP will lock you out of further progression. The best way, so far I’ve found, is to get one level legit then edit XP to 605000 and get the XP normally after that to avoid being locked out of buying vehicles. I don’t have this issue but you could try editing XP total so you level up once legit to get the unlocks - one level up has to be done normally.
Will an EPIC games mod version be added in the future?

With the latest edits to the list, I had no issue playing the game with the beams, wood, pipes etc. edited. I completed a few objectives, then exited the game. Now the game crashes any time it’s loaded, and clicking “play” in Wemod.

I have the same issue.
I started the game with WeMod and it creates a crash report, the game does not start.
6 options version. Filename and folder name are correct.

Start the game, sit on the main menu press play on we mod. I found it easier using my phone rather than tabbing out, load your save, edit your money and pause the game and you should see your money value changed. XP is a tricky one, you can mess your save by going for max xp straight away. I did it lvl by lvl. So pause the game look at your xp and set mine 1 xp short of the next lvl. The unlocks only happen when you finish the map.
