Did you say you were trying to get a job in graphic design? I saw some of your work and don’t take this personally or anything. But if you want a job in this field you have to start doing more practical professional work. This kinda work in your portfolio is essentially useless, you aren’t showing your skills. Its basically image manipulation/mashup and its not the skill employers look for. Venture outside your comfort zone. The only reason I’m saying this is you’re doing the same kinda work I did a few years ago, and I noticed it was all useless in my portfolio.
Oh, believe me I know this work is useless, I have known for 2 years now. I am starting a portfolio for college here soon, considering I got my new computer yesterday. The portfolio will consist of logotype design, advertisement design, as well as company based designs as well. I wanna start getting into more professional grade design in about a week or so, I just need to finish all my exams haha.
